Gate News bot-Nachricht, laut The Block hat die Bitcoin-Ökosystem-Risikokapitalgesellschaft Thesis den Erwerb der Bitcoin-Belohnungsplattform Lolli abgeschlossen. Dieser Deal wird Lolli zu einem Teil des Thesis-Ökosystems machen. Bisher haben die beiden Parteien noch keine konkreten Vertragsbedingungen und Beträge offengelegt.

Es ist bemerkenswert, dass Thesis zuvor eine andere Bitcoin Belohnungen Plattform, Fold, inkubiert hat. Fold betrieb später unabhängig und schloss im Juli 2024 einen SPAC-Erwerb mit der FTAC Emerald Acquisition Corp. ab, bevor es im Februar dieses Jahres an der Nasdaq unter dem Ticker FLD notiert wurde.
