#ETH走势分析 The market has been extremely volatile lately, and many people are stuck in their positions. Honestly, getting stuck isn't the scary part—what's scary is stubbornly holding on against the trend.
The market is such that the more you try to fight it, the more uncomfortable it makes you. If you follow the trend, at least you won't lose too badly. Right now, a lot of people are panicking—either blindly cutting their losses or stubbornly holding to the end—both are major mistakes.
What should you really do? Calm down, review your portfolio structure, analyze the current price level and trend, and then develop a strategy for exiting in batches or averaging down. Don't go all in recklessly, and don't let your emotions dictate your moves.
Trading isn't about luck—it's about discipline and strategy. If you keep your mindset steady, you'll be able to control your losses. $BTC $ETH

Being stuck with losses... honestly, that's not the real problem. The real issue is that once your mindset collapses, the only thing you can do is cut your losses.
A stable mindset == longer survival, that's the truth.

That's right. Those who are still stubbornly holding on really need to calm down. Don't fight the market—that's a way to get yourself killed.

Ha, I used to think the same way three years ago, but I ended up getting stuck really badly. Now I guess I've figured it out.
Discipline is easy to talk about, but when it comes time to cut your losses, anyone can panic. But it's true, the more rushed you are to act, the more likely you'll get beaten up by the market. Sometimes it's better to just have a cup of tea and wait.
I don't believe in averaging down; it just feels like making up stories to comfort myself.

Teaching again, huh? Everything you said is correct, but no one listens. Right now, I just want to know when there will be a rebound. Stop with all this empty talk.
