Bitstack, the French Bitcoin savings application, has officially completed a $15 million (or €14M) Series A funding round.

Lead Investor: 13books Capital
Returning Investors: AG2R LA MONDIALE, Plug and Play Ventures, Serena, Stillmark, and Y Combinator.
Purpose: To accelerate European expansion and roll out new products.
🚀 European Expansion & MiCA
Bitstack is already operating in about a dozen European countries (including Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, and Italy) with localized content.
The expansion is supported by the MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) license granted by France's AMF on June 30, 2025.
The company's ambition is to become the leading Bitcoin savings platform in Europe.
💳 Product Upgrades (Bitcoin Cashback VISA Card)
The funds will be used for product upgrades, including a new euro account with a French IBAN.
A VISA debit card is set to launch, allowing users to:
Pay in euros or Bitcoin.
Earn "Stackback" rewards (up to 1% in Bitcoin cashback) on all euro spending.
The beta phase for this card is planned to start on January 13, 2026, initially for 5,000 waitlist users.
Key Milestones
The app has already gained over 300,000 active users and facilitated over €300 million in Bitcoin savings.
Bitstack's core product allows users to round up everyday purchases to the nearest euro and automatically invest the spare change into Bitcoin (dollar-cost averaging).
