Since I started holding BTC in 2017, I have basically held it without moving it. Have I experienced a big dump of 70%? Of course. Although I say I'm bullish in the long term, to be honest, every time there is a big dump, I still feel anxious. I've never gotten used to this feeling; the psychological pressure is really quite significant.

Wow, I really can't hold on anymore. I truly admire the mental resilience of being able to hold on even after a 70% fall.

I totally understand this mindset, to be honest, that time was really hellish difficulty.

It's really not easy to still be alive after holding on for so long.

Seven years of holding without wavering, this mentality... I really can't hold on anymore

After experiencing a 70% fall, still daring to say bullish for the long term? This resilience is not simple
---
Every time there is a big dump, I panic, indicating that the on-chain data hasn't been fully understood; going with the trend is the way to go
---
Entering in 2017 to now? A true blue-chip holder mentality, the bottoming phase tests human nature the most
---
Holding steady makes you a winner, but that feeling of anxiety... it really can't be pretended to not exist
---
This psychological pressure should have been learned to coexist with, otherwise how can one endure until the moment of bottom consensus?

The ups and downs on the mainland a few rounds, in the end, it's still faith that supports, a bit absurd but also a bit real.
