Don't remind me again today

Elizabeth is really bad, and she has no skills; she even forgot to add the plus sign. She used to be a scammer and is still a fraudster.

The situation is so serious with so many victims and casualties, and just a few days later, Elizabeth dares to sensationalize this matter. This woman has no bottom line for the sake of traffic; it's purely performative. The first time she edited a photo, the second time she actually donated 20 or 200, and then used F12 to change the numbers on the static page.

I don't even dare to refresh. The + sign is removed. In these two images, one phone number has the + sign and one doesn't.

Usually, the earnings rate from photo editing can be put aside, but joking about human lives is truly shameless. The suffering of others is not a tool for gaining traffic or clout. To hype up such issues, if you think about it carefully, this woman is quite terrifying. The Hong Kong fire is suspected to be a fraudulent donation, exploiting public conscience. Previously, the bizarre statements about a monthly return of 30% for traffic were still fresh in memory.

According to Hong Kong law, if the KOL uses this image to induce others to transfer funds/donations, it constitutes "obtaining monetary benefits by deceptive means."

Victims are advised to report directly to the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau (CSTCB) of the Hong Kong Police Force.

If fraudulent donation behavior constitutes the crime of fraud, according to the provisions of the Criminal Law, those who defraud public or private property in a relatively large amount (generally above 3000 yuan) shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than three years, criminal detention, or control; if the amount is huge (above 30,000 yuan) or there are other serious circumstances, the sentence shall be imprisonment for more than three years but less than ten years; if the amount is particularly huge (above 500,000 yuan) or there are particularly serious circumstances, the sentence shall be imprisonment for more than ten years or even life imprisonment.
