To be honest, if someone casually donates a few k, who would seriously check its authenticity? Most people would just give it a thumbs up and move on.
But the problem lies in this 200k - when the number is large, there are more eyes on it, and naturally, doubts arise. Was the photo edited? One can only say it’s not unjust. In this day and age, one shouldn’t be so eager to establish a persona.
But speaking of which, there is still a turn of events. If I were her, I would just take out 200k. The persona would be established, and she would have face, after all, someone who can casually donate 200k must have assets starting from at least a8. It just depends on whether she is willing to pay for this operation.
In the Web3 space, we've seen this kind of thing a lot. If you want to use charity to enhance your image, you either have to be genuine or keep a low profile. Being ostentatious while faking it? That would really be digging a pit for yourself.

The number 200,000 is indeed easy to trace on-chain, and the risk factor of photoshop is too high. If she really wants to establish a persona, she might as well use a Multi-signature Wallet for the transfer; at least it can be verified on-chain and her credit won't go bankrupt.

Just for fun, you can't even take out 200,000 and still have the nerve to show off?

200k is indeed too greedy, why not just donate a few thousand to get by?
If you're really going to fake it, then be ready to bear the consequences, that's the rule of Web3.
Getting your edited pictures exposed is the most low-class move, it's better to just face it head-on.
If she really takes out 200k, I would actually think higher of her, at least there's some guts.

Ha, greed is like a snake trying to swallow an elephant.
