There is an office of an exchange in San Jose, and I have always wanted to find an opportunity to take a look, I passed by once last time.
I had previously paid attention to the recruitment of a certain leading exchange in North America. After studying it carefully, the salary and benefits are basically on par with those of the big companies in Silicon Valley, but the threshold is indeed high. A friend of mine who works in a tech company applied for two positions and was passed over for both 🫣, probably because he lacked practical Web3 experience. The demands for talent in this industry are becoming increasingly specialized, and a traditional tech background may not be sufficient.

Haha, I really need to catch up on this Web3 lesson, as pure traditional backgrounds are indeed not enough.

Haha, having a big company background is really not enough anymore, you need to understand the blockchain.

Haha, it's indeed very competitive over there in San Jose, traditional tech backgrounds are really not in vogue anymore.
The threshold in the Web3 space is indeed being pumped up, burning money to gain experience.
Your fren can start from small projects, that's how you can accumulate practical experience.

Traditional tech people are still stuck in Web3, which is ridiculous.

Ha, the background of traditional big factories is really not in demand anymore, the threshold for Web3 has indeed risen.
