Don't remind me again today

UK Prime Minister and Ukraine's President just had a call about what to do with those frozen Russian assets. Word is they're exploring options to put that money to work. Big question hovering over global finance right now - when governments freeze billions in assets, where does that capital actually end up? This conversation adds another layer to the ongoing debate about state power over financial resources.

Freezing assets seems to be a matter of power on the surface, but in reality, it is similar to contract permission control—without a clear definition of "withdrawal rights", this amount of money becomes an unresolved loophole. Historically, there have been too many similar audit cases, and unclear fund flows pose the greatest risk.

How to allocate frozen assets, in simple terms, is just a game of great powers; whoever holds the key has the final say.

Freezing assets, to put it simply, is just playing a power game. Who has the final say?
