Thought I'd give perpetual DEX liquidity provision another shot after taking a break. Deposited stables about a month back.
Fast forward to today—checked the returns and honestly? Pretty underwhelming considering the risks involved. Decided to pull out.
Then comes the fun part: withdrawal fee hits at 0.5%. Which, plot twist, is basically everything I earned over the entire month.
So yeah, glad I could contribute to ecosystem liquidity I guess. Feeling real philanthropic right now. 🤡

0.5% fee eats up a month’s earnings... this is what I call the Liquidity Mining "trap"
---
Another story of being Played for Suckers by a DEX, it hurts just to listen
---
Being an LP these days is just a disguised donation, really
---
A month of hard work down the drain, the fees just crush it, laughing
---
So the Liquidity Providers are just the ecosystem's big losers, huh
---
0.5% directly wipes out earnings, the person who designed this fee structure is really a genius
---
I just want to know who profits from doing this
---
Next time just hodl, it’s less hassle
---
Feels like DEXs are all playing the "invisible fee harvesting" game

nah this is actually a textbook case of sub-optimal capital allocation. if you analyze the data, that 0.5% fee structure is demonstrably worse than literally any base layer alternative. technically speaking you just got arbitraged by your own protocol lmao

A 0.5% withdrawal fee directly eats up the entire month's earnings; this design is really awful.
