On the first day of December, the market hit my Wallet hard, so I decided not to look at it.
Let's take a look back at the Polygon ecosystem together. The recent trends from @0xMiden are actually quite interesting.
Compared to other L2s that are frantically competing for TPS data, Miden insists on client-side proof. Although it's slow, the logic is indeed solid.
Regarding the progress that everyone is concerned about, it currently looks like the mainnet is likely to be set for Q1 next year. Although the team doesn't like to make grand promises, the recent update frequency of the Rust toolchain indicates that the underlying security is being polished quite solidly, and it is clear that they do not intend to rush to launch just to meet the year-end KPI.
The competition in the next stage may not be about who looks faster, but rather who can truly address the privacy pain points. The Miden card, even if it takes a few more months, is worth holding on to.
