Don't remind me again today

When the market #美SEC推动加密创新监管 is being pulled back and forth, what is actually being tested is not the technique, but whether the scale in your hand is still steady.

I have seen too many people chasing highs and getting trapped when the market is rising, cutting losses and leaving when it is falling, and feeling even worse during fluctuations—afraid to add positions for fear of catching a falling knife, but also worried about missing out if they don’t add. This feeling of being caught in the middle is simply a lack of a framework that can be executed. The market has its own rhythm; volatility is the norm, so what’s there to panic about?

The real issues to solve are those three that keep you up at night: Should I add to my position now? Should I adjust my position structure? Or should I simply wait and look for signals? If you are stuck on this, I suggest taking a moment to sort things out. Don't just stare at the candlestick charts and create scenarios in your head; first clarify your position tolerance, capital allocation ratio, and the logical anchor points for entering and exiting.

Methods need to be tailored; blindly copying others often leads to unsuitability. Rather than repeatedly trial and error and wasting your mindset, it’s better to find a reliable person to discuss thoroughly—starting from your actual situation, to sort out clear and feasible operational ideas, rather than listening to empty words that sound right but are impractical. In volatile markets, those who stand firm do not rely on sheer endurance, but rather on a methodical approach. $BTC $ETH

That said, this mentality issue is indeed a big deal, harder to fix than any Technical Analysis.

That's a harsh thing to say, but it's true. What I fear the most are those who think they understand; they spend all day listening to various influencers' analyses, and when a wave of market fluctuations comes, they end up losing everything. The framework is important, but what's even more crucial is knowing how much you can afford to lose.

actually if you ran a basic regression analysis on position sizing vs. emotional capitulation, you'd see the correlation is statistically significant at p<0.01... but sure, keep pretending it's just about "stability" lol

It's this trap again... You're absolutely right, but when it comes to actually executing it, it's still easy to get confused.

You're absolutely right, the mindset really is the hardest barrier. I used to be the kind of person who would chase the price and sell with bearish market, but later I realized that having a clear operational framework is essential.

There's nothing wrong with what you said; a good mindset is indeed more valuable than anything else.

You are absolutely right; mindset is truly the biggest pitfall. I used to swing between increasing the position and waiting, and in the end, I didn't profit from either. Now I understand that I need to first clarify my risk tolerance and not blindly follow trends.

You are absolutely right. The mindset is the biggest enemy, while the technical aspect is secondary.
