**Do not silence your phone at five in the afternoon.** Due to the time difference, European and American funds are just entering the market at this time, and there are often major movements.

**The most useful advice:** As long as it's not an air project and the coin has real trading volume, don't panic if it drops. In the short term, it could take three to five days, and in the long term, up to a month, but it will generally recover. If you have extra funds, you can average down by buying in batches; if not, just hold on, and it won't be a big problem.
