Don't remind me again today

Japan's central bank chief Ueda just dropped an interesting take: the anxiety around U.S. tariff chaos and economic uncertainty? Way down compared to where we were a few months back.

This shift in tone matters. When major central bankers start seeing less turbulence ahead, it usually signals improving confidence in global economic stability. For markets—traditional and crypto alike—reduced geopolitical and trade policy risks often translate to better risk appetite.

The BOJ has been watching U.S. moves closely, especially given how tariff wars can ripple through Asia-Pacific economies. Ueda's more relaxed stance suggests either the worst-case scenarios are off the table, or central banks have better clarity on policy directions now.

Worth monitoring how this affects broader risk sentiment heading into Q2.

The Central Bank seems to be easing up now, so maybe a rebound is really coming. But don't get too excited, tariffs can change at any moment. Ueda's actions are quite interesting; it seems Japan is also betting that the US will ease up. Could Q2 be the turning point? After being blocked for so long, it must be time to breathe. By the way, will the encryption side benefit from this, or will it have to fall before it rises again? There might be a story behind this change in the Central Bank's attitude, worth paying attention to.

Here we go again, does a Central Bank easing mean a bull run? I used to think that way too, but I went all in in 2018 and I'm still paying off my debts now.

Haha, is this Ueda hinting that the wind has changed? I'll believe it if the tariffs can really stay calm.

Is the president throwing a smoke bomb at the market this time? The tariffs issue isn't settled yet. As soon as the Central Bank relaxes its stance, the risk appetite goes to da moon; I've seen this trick too many times. The key is still to see what the US will do next; it's easy for Japan to say nice things. Whether the Q2 market can rise depends entirely on the Fed's mood.
