#数字货币市场回升 witnessed a real disaster scene yesterday: my buddy stared at his phone screen, watching 50,000 turn into a string of numbers in 15 minutes. It's not that he's inexperienced or didn't monitor the market—he just lost his composure and clicked a few more times.
A few words he said during the review, I think everyone who trades contracts should tattoo them on their arms.
**Don't touch the market when your state is poor** Staying up until 2 AM? Just had an argument with your partner? Feeling a bit tipsy after two bottles of beer? At times like this, your brain is definitely not online. The market won't go easy on you just because you're tired; it specializes in dealing with all kinds of grievances. If you're tired, just sleep; the candlestick chart will still be there tomorrow.
**Don't take out your phone when the environment is chaotic** A bunch of people are watching the game in the living room, and your friends are having a great time playing, but you're still thinking about sneaking a peek at the market? In the end, you'll either miss the best entry point or accidentally place the wrong order. When it comes to trading, you either focus on it or don't do it at all.
**Impulses that are not planned will be dealt with severely** "Wow, this is about to take off!"

Bro, you hit the nail on the head. I’m that kind of idiot who can’t keep my eyes open from tiredness but still stares at the charts, 50,000 gone.
Once your mindset crumbles, it's all over; being impulsive is a terminal illness.
Even in a chaotic environment, I can control my hands, but when I’m in a bad state, I just can’t help myself, it’s ridiculous.

honestly the 50k gone in 15 mins hits different when you realize it's just poor discipline, not bad luck. dude's lessons are solid but ngl most people won't stick to them bc fomo rewires your brain faster than any difficulty adjustment could ever reset a network.

This guy is truly a textbook example of a negative case; losing 50,000 can just be considered tuition.

I lost 50,000 on this matter, and my mom advised me not to touch contracts anymore.

It's another "my fren" story, huh? I've heard too many of those. Every time it's just others getting rekt while we watch the show. But to be fair, what this guy said is true—if the situation isn't right, don't act. I believe in that.

50,000 just disappeared like that, this guy really needs to work on his mindset. Should he consider trying small amounts to experiment?

Simply put, the incentive mechanism has collapsed. Decision-making in a state of fatigue is essentially an unbalanced game—your rational costs skyrocket, while the market's harvesting efficiency soars. This is not an issue of individual execution capability; it is that the governance design of the entire trading system did not take into account the state variables of people. What is the cost of 50,000 for? Why give market rights when your mind is not online?

To be honest, this 50,000 yuan lesson is worth more than anything else. I'll treat this guy to a drink another day.
