As I actively use Gate Square, I realize this: the platform actually has strong potential, but with a few small touches, both the user experience and content quality can be taken much further.
I wanted to share a few suggestions based on my own usage habits. I believe these will both increase community engagement and enable content creators to provide more efficient content.
1. Real-time content flow filter The stream is currently very full and flowing quickly. If I were you, I would add these filters: • Only technical analysis content • On-chain contents • Event announcements • Project reviews This neither tires the reader nor does it ensure that producers reach the right audience.
2. In-post mini-analysis tools What will set Gate Square apart from other social sections is the "information-heavy" content. For example: • When the graphic screenshot is uploaded, an automatic "Coin price - volume - volatility" preview should appear below. • The author can add this to their post if they wish. This both increases readability and makes the content creator's job easier.
3. Personal panel for content creators It would be great if the user could see the following in their panel: • Best performing posts • Follower engagement rate • Which tags are more popular This feature professionalizes Square's content side.
4. Ability to open a "mini topic" on the comment side Sometimes mini debates arise under a post. My suggestion: • Ability to open subheadings within the comment • That subheading can rise on its own. This way, valuable discussions will not be lost.
5. Simplification of the events section Events are very valuable but sometimes there is an information overload. I would do this if I were you: • Event cards should be easily understandable at a glance. • A three-button system like "I participated / I did not participate / I am following" • Ability to register for the event calendar This allows users to track rewards in a more organized manner.
I love Gate Square because here everyone can share their opinions and there is really useful information circulating in crypto. My suggestions are also entirely aimed at improving this experience.
