CEO of Ripple Garlinghouse, Condemn SEC, and Chair Gary Gensler

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse criticized the SEC and Chair Gary Gensler, suggesting their focus on suing Ripple and meeting with Sam Bankman-Fried contributed to fraud in the crypto space.

He also voiced concern about the US government’s unclear position on cryptocurrencies, pointing out that even after winning the legal battle, US banks are still unwilling to integrate XRP because of its continued unpredictability.
