FAQ

Q1: What is the difference between Cross Margin and Isolated Margin modes?

A: In Cross Margin mode, all cross-margin trading pairs share the same margin pool, which can help prevent liquidation but may put all your futures account balance at risk. In Isolated Margin mode, each trading pair has its own separate margin, limiting your risk to only that specific position.

Q2: How does leverage affect my trading risk?

A: Higher leverage allows you to control larger positions with less margin, but it also increases your liquidation risk. For example, 125x leverage means a 0.8% price move against your position could result in liquidation, while 10x leverage would require an 8% adverse price move.

Q3: What happens if I don't close my position before liquidation?

A: If the market price reaches your liquidation price, the system will automatically close your position to prevent further losses. You will lose the margin allocated to that position, and liquidation fees may apply.
