This guide will walk you through how to link payment methods such as bank cards, Alipay, WeChat, or PayPal for P2P trading on Gate Web.

Steps

Step 1: Access the Payment Setup Page

You can access the Payment Setup page through either of the following paths:

Path 1: Via Security Settings

1. Log in to your Gate account.
2. Click the top-right Avatar icon.
3. Select "Security".
4. Click the "Settings" icon in the lower-left corner.
5. Under "P2P Trading – Payment Setup", click "Manage".

Path 2: Via Buy Crypto Page

1. Click "Buy Crypto" in the top navigation.
2. Select "P2P".
3. Click the top-right [More] icon.
4. Select "Payment Settings".

Step 2: Initiate Payment Method Linking

1. On the Payment Setup page, click "Add Payment".
2. Select your preferred fiat currency from the dropdown menu.
3. Choose your payment method from the available options (bank card, Alipay, WeChat, PayPal, etc.).

Step 3: Complete Payment Information

Using a bank card as an example:

1. Fill in the required information:
   • Bank Name
   • Bank Branch
   • Bank Account Number
2. Scroll down and enter your Google Verification Code (or switch to another verification method).
3. Check the box for "I have read and understood the Market Rules and Risks".
4. Click "Confirm".

Step 4: Manage Your Payment Methods

After successfully linking, your payment methods will appear on the Payment Setup page. You can perform the following actions:

• Add: Click "Add Payment" to link additional payment methods
• Edit: Click "Edit" to update existing payment information
• Delete: Click "Delete" to remove a payment method you no longer use

• All linked payment methods must be registered under your verified real-name identity on Gate.
• For payment methods other than bank cards (such as Alipay, WeChat, or QQ Wallet), you may need to upload a Payment QR Code during the linking process.
