China Daily Willing to Launch its Own NFT Platform
An English language newspaper China Daily owned by the publicity department of China’s Communist Party, wants to launch its own Metaverse and Non-Fungible Token (NFT) platform. For this, China Daily has said to pay 2.813 Million Yuan ($390,000) to a third party contractor for designing an NFT platform for China Daily. China Daily has said that the third party contractor can be a Chinese company or a foreign company and that company has expertise in Blockchain along with this. China Daily also said that the blockchain company that wins the contract must be able to handle more than 10,000 transactions per second on the mainnet.
