Gu Jingci: 1.7 Bitcoin/Ethereum Rally Successfully Reached Target, Can Continue Shorting at Early Morning Rally

Bitcoin/Ethereum day session and evening multiple reminders of shorting above 93800 and 3270. Ethereum around 3300 added short positions. After the market rallied, it pulled back to around 3180 and 91200 with full profit space. Currently the market is rebounding again. After all, around 3180 and 91000 served as short-term rising points with certain support. However, daily and 4-hour charts have started rallying then pulling back, trends are shifting. From K-line patterns, daily level shows prices formed highs around 94800 and 3310 then pulled back, currently in adjustment phase with K-lines showing alternating yin and yang.

In the 4-hour cycle, K-lines with longer upper shadows appeared, indicating heavy selling pressure above, while current closing prices are lower than previous wave highs. On technical indicators, daily MACD histogram turned from positive to negative, DIF and DEA gradually approaching, may enter oscillation or downtrend in short term; in 4-hour cycle, DIF crossed below DEA, bearish signals strengthened.

Early Morning Operation Suggestions: Bitcoin continue shorting around 92500-93000, target around 90000-91000; Ethereum continue shorting around 3240-3270, target around 3150-3180.
